I had an excellent experience with Kostikyan Rug Cleaning. My rug had a lot of pulls from my cat and needed extra care. Tigran, the representative, was amazing from start to finish—he explained exactly what should be done and made sure the rug was double-washed for the best result.

Pickup and delivery were incredibly smooth and right on time, and the communication throughout was great. The team was extremely responsive and professional.

I recently had a rug cleaned/deodorized by Costikyan - I’ve used them multiple times in the past. The work on the rugs is always great and, just as importantly, their customer responsiveness is top notch. Cameron was always responsive and couldn’t have been more helpful. Their GPS tracking system that enables you to see exactly when your pickup/delivery will happen is great. Why would anyone use a different service??!!
